Brewhouse Design .

Mechanical Design Process Engineering Stainless Steel

Complete development of an industrial Brewhouse, focused on process optimization, production scalability, and operational efficiency.

Challenge

Developed in collaboration with a highly experienced and renowned Brewmaster, this project involved an in-depth analysis of the client's requirements and long-term commercial objectives.

Process

As part of the development process, technical visits were conducted with the client to established brewing facilities in order to define the required production capacity and the technological specifications for the brewhouse.

With a focus on optimizing processing times and creating a versatile, efficient system, the project included P&ID design, structural calculations prior to the sketching phase, 3D modeling of tanks, piping, and platforms, technical drawings, and comprehensive manufacturing supervision.

Fire Hose Cabinet .

Product Design Rotational Molding Marine Use

Redesign of a fire hose cabinet, transitioning to rotational molding to improve manufacturability, assembly, and performance in marine environments.

Challenge

The objective of this project was to redesign an existing product that presented several manufacturing, performance, and durability issues, particularly considering its intended use in outdoor and demanding marine environments.

Process

After analyzing different material and manufacturing technology alternatives, the decision was made to transition to rotational molding to optimize production, improve product durability, and increase cost-effectiveness.

The design development focused on creating a renewed product concept, resolving the design in just two components. This reduced manufacturing complexity, minimized critical points, and improved assembly efficiency. The project also included mold design and manufacturing follow-up.

Cherry Harvest Crate .

Product Design Agriculture Injection Molding

Development of a stackable cherry harvest crate, compatible with the main competitors' crates and backed by a mold capable of producing two variants.

Challenge

The client needed to develop a cherry harvest crate that could be stacked with and integrated into the crate systems of its two main competitors. The goal was to enter the market with a competitive solution compatible with existing logistics systems.

Process

As a first step, the reference products were measured and analyzed in terms of dimensions and functionality to establish the design criteria. Based on this analysis, a new crate was modeled without compromising structural strength or functionality.

Once the final configuration was validated, the ventilation and drainage slots were designed and optimized for fruit harvesting, handling, and storage conditions. The project then progressed to full technical development and manufacturing follow-up for the tooling, through to the production of the final product.
